80% cause of depression is unhealthy diet in adults and teenagers

Research is finding a connection between food and brain. A nutritious  and healthy diet is not good for the body only, but it is also great for the brain and mental health too. Among a lot of causes of depression, one is an unhealthy diet.According to the Psychiatrist Drew Ramsey, an assistant clinical professor at Columbia University  we can improve our mental health by shaping our diets. It also decreases the risk of psychiatric disorders in us. This knowledge is now rising to the concept of food psychiatry.   According to an average, each one from the four Americans is facing mental illness every year. By 2020, depression will be the second huge cause of disability after heart problems and diseases.  The mental illness is not a problem just for elders but also for the teenagers. Almost 17 million kids in The USA face the mental disorder. According to the recent research the mental disorders and depression increases 80% in adults and teens  with the low - quality foo
