The name of this firm is Mossack Fonseca. Mossack is a special law firm which is very helpful for the outsiders in building off shore or shell companies internationally . The purpose of these companies is to protect the assets and tax evasion. Mossack Fonseca  leaked or presented these papers to International Consortium of journalists(Investigative). The purpose of this leakage was to expose the off shore or hidden companies of famous world leaders.  Panama Papers provide many shocking facts about the corruption in Russia , Iceland and many developing companies like Pakistan as well.
